NEPA Yoga Fest

Cacao, or what modern man might call, raw chocolate, was revered by the ancient civilisations of South and Central America and used as a health elixir, medicine and aphrodisiac. Nicknamed 'Heart blood' by the Aztecs, it was believed to have a powerful heart healing capacity, signifying life and fertility.

Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, AND together with somatic dance, it will help you to work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve negative energy, and help you align with who you truly are.
This ceremony will involve guided somatic movements, free movement, ecstatic dance, giving time for the Cacao to activate within the body and soul, creating transformation to experience pure joy. You do not need to have experience dancing. Somatic dance empowers people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. It is through free movement that we free ourselves.
