This class provides the best of both worlds. We will be tapping into the strength and heat of
vinyasa style yoga and then melting into the passive modality of yin yoga.

This fusion promotes the balance between softness and strength, between flexibility and
commitment, between yin and yang energies.

Combining breath based movements to build heat and awaken the body with longer held
static yin postures allowing the body to relax and release tension will leaving you feeling
refreshed and renewed.
