Meditation in *e*Motion is essentially meditation through movement, set to music, and tied to various emotions. Some emotions can be so strong they’re almost paralyzing. This revolutionary tool will teach you how to “move” through those emotions (literally). Have you ever felt stuck in an emotion that you just couldn’t shake (sadness/anger/stress/frustration), and wished you could somehow let it go and move forward? You actually can.
