In this workshop, we will bring the focus inward through breath work, gentle movement and self study. Yoga is far more than asanas, but what exactly? How do we take our practice off of our mat and into our life? What is my higher self? This workshop and guided journal are designed to lead you to those answers. Join me as we ground ourselves through the breath and gently move the body to soothe the nerves and calm the mind. Settle in, get comfortable and prepare to ponder and answer some thought provoking questions, as we dive into the journal.
